Video for the Municipal Association of Victoria documenting their Disability Work Experience Project that involved different councils around Victoria running pilot programs for work experience projects for young people with disabilities. We got to film in Warrnambool and around Melbourne and would have got to more councils if it weren't for some pandemic complications. This was a really fantastic project to work on and was great for me as it really crossed over into my youth work practice - I loved working with and learning from the young people with disabilities and learning about different council disability strategies. It was also great to be part of the overall aim of the video which was to increase council confidence in employing people with disabilities.
